Dr. Alberto Vaiarelli is a gynecologist and fertility specialist. He currently serves as the Medical Scientific Coordinator at Genera Rome – GeneraLife Centers for Reproductive Medicine.
During his training, Dr. Vaiarelli completed a clinical observership at Yale University and a clinical fellowship at the CRG of UZ in Brussels. He earned a Ph.D. and completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at the University of Messina. Additionally, he holds two Master's degrees in Reproductive Medicine, Andrology, and Assisted Reproductive Technology.
Dr. Vaiarelli has authored or co-authored more than 68 original research papers and reviews published in peer-reviewed journals (indexed in PubMed with over 1400 citations and an h-index of 24 on ISI Web of Science). He has also contributed chapters to numerous national and international textbooks.
In 2018, he achieved national certification as an Associate Professor, and in 2021 as a Full Professor in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Vaiarelli is internationally recognized for his expertise in Reproductive Medicine, having been invited to speak at over 100 national and international scientific meetings. His research primarily focuses on managing poor prognosis patients and enhancing efficacy and efficiency in IVF treatments.
